If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return of undamaged/unused products in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at info@aromatic-decor.com within 7 days of delivery to receive return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
